Located in the ever busy and chaotic Park lane in Secunderabad, CTC sells from the proverbial chip to a super computer, and is a place where computer buffs come to look for stuff which they don’t get elsewhere. Then comes web camera, which can be connected up to a desktop so that they ensure better clarity than an in-built camera. Many of the buyers are first time purchasers and they want to buy the cheapest laptop or tablet they can find. Many are opting for a basic laptop at around 20,000, shopkeepers at CTC said.
There is also a huge demand for cartridge refills, now that most people are on a work from home mode.
Laptop repair shops are seeing huge crowds as many people who had problems have started trooping in to get them fixed. Even gaming systems, graphic cards are also seeing a steady uptick.
As weekend approaches, shopkeepers at CTC are expecting huge crowds to turn up.
